Q. Why the low stock and delivery delays?
A. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our partners around the world are experiencing significant supply chain issues, which are causing delays in furniture delivery — not just for us — but for all furniture retailers.
Some of these supply chain issues include:
- Increased disinfection and sanitation protocols to ensure worker safety, which slows down the production process.
- Increased demand, resulting in a shortage of inventory.
- Reduced production due to social distancing.
We appreciate your patience while we work with suppliers to restock your home needs.
Q. What procedures are being taken in-store?
A. Cleanliness and safety protocols are being taken based on the CDC guidelines, also the following initiates:
- Everyone must wear a face covering when in our store.
- Our co-workers have the PPE and supplies to work safely including hand sanitizer and masks.
- There are hand sanitizer stations throughout the store and we will frequently sanitize and clean surfaces.
- Every delivery and sales team member has a daily temperature check upon entry.
- Private in-store shopping experience for customers by appointment only.
Q. How much does it cost to have your furniture delivered?
A. Our delivery fees are $59 on orders up to $1000. On orders over $1000, the fee is 6% of the total.
Q. Can I pick up my purchases?
A. We offer customer pick up 6 days a week. You can pick up your purchases at our warehouse located at 1305 Baker Road
at the corner of Baker Rd and Thurston Ave in Virginia Beach.

Tuesday - Saturday: 9 am - 6 pm
Sunday: 9 am - 3 pm
There are no pick up hours on Mondays
