The Grand Furniture Something Grand Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY PERIOD: The Grand Furniture Something Grand Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on Monday, April 1, 2019 and ends at 2:59:59 PM ET on Thursday April 18, 2019 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States of America and the District of Columbia who are age 18 or older at the time of entry (“Participant”).
Employees, representatives, or agents of Grand Brands, LLC (the “Sponsor”), RAVEN5 Ltd. (the “Administrator”), and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively the “Sweepstakes Parties”), and all respective employees, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, members, licensees, successors and assigns of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”) and members of their immediate family (spouses, parents, children and siblings) or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.
Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. If it is found that a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set forth in these rules has submitted an entry, that entry will be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility requirements. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Void outside the United States and wherever else prohibited by law.
3. HOW TO ENTER: There is no purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. Making a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. There are two (2) entry methods available (each, an “Entry Method”):
i) To enter the Sweepstakes, visit http://somethinggrand.co (the “Sweepstakes Website”) and click the “Like” button to Like Grand Furniture’s Facebook page. Next, provide your first name, last name, email address, phone number, gender, birth yeah, and zip code. In addition to providing the above information, you must attest to full compliance with these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy. Next, click the “JUMP IN” button. On the following page, select your favorite Grand Furniture store to visit and click the “CONTINUE” button to earn one (1) Entry into the Sweepstakes (the “Entry”).
ii) To enter the Sweepstakes, visit any Grand Furniture store and enter the Sweepstakes from a dedicated in-store device.
Limit of one (1) entry per Entry Method during the Sweepstakes Period.
Bonus Entries: Participants can gain bonus entries by sharing the Sweepstakes using a valid Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, or Pinterest account, or by email. You will receive one (1) additional entry for each person that enters the Sweepstakes from your unique share link.
Unlimited number of Bonus Entries are allowed during the Sweepstakes Period.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries must be received between Monday, April 1, 2019 at 12:00:01 AM ET and Thursday, April 18, 2019 at 2:59:59 PM ET. Participants are subject to all notices posted online including but not limited to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Entries which are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent are null and void. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate capture of entry information.
4. PRIZES/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”)/ODDS: Two (2) prizes are available to be won. Each prize consists of two (2) tickets to the Something in the Water concert, taking place on April 26-28 in Virginia Beach, VA.
The ARV of each prize is $490.00 USD. The total ARV of all prizes is $980.00 USD.
Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. By accepting a prize, the prize winners agree to release the Sweepstakes Parties from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable. There are no substitutions unless specified by the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
All expenses related to the acceptance or use of a prize is the sole responsibility of each prize winner. Sponsor reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Sweepstakes for promotional, marketing and any other purpose, including online announcements unless prohibited by law.
Prizes are not assignable, nor transferable. No exchange or substitution of the prize, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the winners’ sole responsibility. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a winner cannot accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected, time permitting. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes (as applicable), or any other expenses in connection with the acceptance, receipt use and/or misuse of prize not specified.
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Sponsor. Winners acknowledge that the Released Parties do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize being offered.
5. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Two (2) potential prize winners will be selected from among all eligible entries received in a random drawing to be held at approximately 3:30:00 PM ET on April 18, 2019. The random drawing will take place at the offices of an independent agent of the Sponsor, whose decisions are final.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential winners will be notified by a designated representative of the Sponsor by the email and/or phone number used at the time of entry, at approximately 4:00:00 PM ET on April 18, 2019. The designated representative will make a minimum of two (2) attempts to contact the eligible winner within forty-eight (48) hours of the Drawing Date.
If an eligible winner cannot be contacted within forty-eight (48) hours of the notification, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit any and all rights to the applicable prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion to randomly select an alternate eligible Participant for the applicable prize in a separate random drawing from the remaining eligible entries submitted and received in accordance with these Official Rules, time permitting.
No one is a winner unless and until the Sponsor officially confirms him/her as a winner in accordance with these Official Rules.
Before being declared a confirmed prize winner, the potential winners will be required to sign and return, within seventy-two (72) hours of notification, an Affidavit of Eligibility & Liability Release, and where allowable, a Publicity Release. Noncompliance will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected in a separate random drawing, time permitting. The prize packages will be awarded within approximately 5 days after the winners are verified.
7. GENERAL: By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sweepstakes Parties and release the Sponsor and Released Parties from all claims and liability relating to your participation in the promotion, and the acceptance and use/misuse of the prizes offered. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused, by participation in this Sweepstakes or use/misuse or redemption of a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for incompatibility of Participant’s hardware, software or browser technology.
Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, city, state, likeness, voice, biographical information, comments and other statements for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in any and all media, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation, notification or permission, except to the extent prohibited by law.
8. LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT A PARTICIPANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER OR VANDALIZE THIS WEB SITE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
9. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, Participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Virginia. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, Participant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Virginia without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Virginia or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Virginia. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief. THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS PROMOTION WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF.
10. PRIVACY: By entering and providing the required entry information, Participants agree to receive email marketing communications from Sponsor. Participants also acknowledge that Sponsor may also send information, samples or special offers it believes may be of interest to Participant, or other information or goods offered by its marketing partners. Personal information collected from online entrants are subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at http://somethinggrand.co.

12. WINNER CONFIRMATION REQUEST: For a written confirmation of the winners, (available after April 22, 2019), send an email to sup@raven5.com with subject line: The Grand Furniture Something Grand Sweepstakes Winner Confirmation Request. All requests must be received by May 6, 2019 at 11:59:59 PM ET.

This Sweepstakes has not been prepared, approved, endorsed by or licensed by Something in the Water or Live Nation. All artist names, brands and logos are property of their respective owners. All artist, company, product or service names used on the Sweepstakes Website are for identification purposes only. Use of these names, logos and brands does not imply endorsement. Something in the Water and Live Nation are hereby completely released of all liability by each Participant in this Sweepstakes. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor and not to Something in the Water or Live Nation.
The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Inc., Twitter, Inc., LinkedIn Corporation or Pinterest Inc. (each, a “Social Platform”). Each Social Platform is hereby completely released of all liability by each Participant in this Sweepstakes.
